I haven't seen anything that says "no war". I believe that the part that the market may be reacting to is that the US would go in without UN support. I believe that the markets do not like this.

EXPE doesn't seem to have war built in into their 2003 forecast, and I suspect that the price at this level does not have it built in either (amazing as that sounds) -hence, if war --> price drops, if not war--> price at best hovers..
