Bill,

I'd rather have REFR publish an income statement with positive numbers. Did you know that those actually have a significant impact on stock price? Amazing stuff, really.

Not in the case of REFR. This is a thinly traded stock with large positions held by a few investors who know the enormity of the return. We are not buying on the revenues since the technology was just commercialized. The revenue stream has just begun and the news over the last year has validated that. But our stock gets traded lower premarket and then opens 1-1/2 lower on NO NEWS and 17,000 shares hits the bid. These are one day occurrences and the short position gets higher and higher.

I and others have watched the trading. The stock is selling for less than it did before commercialization. Profits are no longer in question because there are enough licensees commercializing in enough areas that exceeding $4 million in expenses is a no-brainer.

This stock has been manipulated to break the chart. And posters go on Yahoo to the tune of 200 posts per day reiterating Bill Wexler's false claims.

So why doesn't he just call Dr. Lampert and find out what the revenue prospects look like over the next two years?
