I just don't think anybody cares about the $20,000 they have left in an account that was once worth 500K- your typical scenario around here. But anyway I'll be interested in seeing this capitulation when it happens let me know please. I wasn't really active in 87 when the VIX spiked past 100. I will certainly buy into fear like that, I'm half cash right now.

I think we see the panic selling after the October lows are taken out.
