Yes I know. They are kind of European for the first 5 years and kind of American for the remaining 5.

But you agree that the argument that it is difficult to calculate the options value and therefore they should not be accounted for, is a total bullshit. All that is necessary is a market in 10 year options. Then Intel can buy them on the open market to the heart's desire and stuff them to Andy until he pukes.
