Unfortunately, Anthony is not here to defend himself against your accusation. I only reposted what I did to prove my point, i.e, that just because something is "published" on the internet or in a "PR" does not make it a fact.

The dog you picked out here has bitten your posterior quite well. What else would you call something that has run from under a dollar to $6 during your bashing?

By the way, you should do some further research on Securities laws and the regulations thereunder. Even if you never actually sold a stock in your account, you must be aware of the ramifications when others trade on your information before "publication" and how the definition of "consideration" or "value received" has been expanding.
