OT ... Hey mindmeld, I think you missed my point. Which reminds me. Are you ever going to answer my direct questions to you in #reply-18554115? And FYI, I wasn't mad at you. I was just expecting you to present some points to support your publicly stated viewpoint. I'll try to be more tactful next time. I do believe it is important to try to "get in the head of the FASB" before attempting to argue better solutions than the FASB presents. Maybe you already understand the FASB position on options, but it doesn't appear that way to me. If you understood, you'd argue how your solution is indeed better IMO. And I mean really compare your viewpoint to that of the FASB, in order to "sell" your viewpoint. Ron
