Your "feel" is confirmed by the internals from DWA:

The NYSE saw 24 issues rising on their charts and 248 falling. There were 1 new buy signals given and 24 new sell signals
given for a net loss of 23. There were 7 Upward Reversals and 36 Downward.

Nasdaq saw 42 issues rising on their charts and 273 falling. There were 1 new buy signals given and 22 new sell signals given
for a net loss of 21. There were 21 Upward Reversals and 54 Downward.

Optionable Stocks saw 24 issues rising on their charts and 303 falling. There were 2 new buy signals given and 22 new sell
signals given for a net loss of 20. There were 12 Upward Reversals and 50 Downward.

What is interesting is that, in spite of a p/c ratio that looks very bullish, the maxpain for the SPX came down 25pts in two days last week and the QQQ came down one point and then the NDX came down 50pts today.

There is weirdness here.
