I disagree. I think Roe v. Wade has a likely chance of being overturned. We're not dealing with an activist court that puts emotion and pragmatism ahead of the Constitution.

I hope you're right.

This article is about a shooting of an 8 months pregnant woman the other day which resulted in the survival of the mother, but the death of the baby. The perpetrator will be charged with murder.

What's the difference between a shooter taking that baby's life and the mother taking it via PBA or other late term abortion? One gets charged with murder while the other gets high fives from NARAL.
