Wouldn't the definition of a "good PR" be one that foretells significant revenue or an improvement in profitability? By that definition, none of the hundreds of VLNC PRs over the years, including the dozens announcing "orders," would count. On the other hand, I know that in your mind, ANY PR amounts to a good PR. Typical characteristic of a blithering idiot/paid stock tout.
