This is shifting the geopolitical climate of the region that produced 9/11. Having a pro American regime on it's way to democracy in the ME will give us the real leverage needed to end the PAl/Israeli conflict. Most importantly, it will demonstrate American resolve to change the region for the better and to end states that sponsor terrorism.
