U.S. Plans to Give Iraqis Control of Their Country After Ousting Saddam
info.mgnetwork.com

WASHINGTON (AP) - In case of war, the United States intends
to oust Saddam Hussein and liberate Iraq, not occupy it,
and then will turn over control of the country and its oil
to Iraqis as soon as possible, administration officials
told a Senate committee Tuesday.

They also said the administration is committed to
preserving Iraq's territorial integrity and ensuring that
Iraqis inside and outside the country work together to
establish a broad-based government that represents various
ethnic and religious groups.

Rabid Weasels

They are the mumblings of a defeated nation, perpetually holding its head in shame for its past atrocities.
opinionjournal.com

When Mr. Schily discretely demonstrates the successes of German anti-terror actions he is "mumbling". When Mr. Schröder isn't mumbling but opposing Bush's course he is about to "destroy NATO". Whatever German representatives do - as long as they don't parrot Bush they are unable to please Mr. Perle et al.
