Another exaggeration was made when texts from a 12 years old doctoral "thesis" was called a "dossier".

Exaggeration??? Are you referring to Blair's recent plagiarism?

LONDON (Reuters) - Prime Minister Tony Blair has been accused of playing the same propaganda games as Saddam Hussein after chunks of an "intelligence" dossier on Iraq turned out to have been plagiarised from academic papers.
