Would you recommend these books by Moody before I tackle some of his more technical treatises? Cut the current and it stops receiving" Very poor analogy. The brain uses glucose to create its own firing of neurons in parallel waves which we understand as thought. The only way the brain receives outside information is through chemical receptors and chemical messengers. It is incredibly more complex than a simple receiver. "But the perishing of the brain is not the end of MIND" I don't know what you are trying to say. Thoughts are simply the processing of information. When the brain dies, so does thought. "Adi Da's comment on the subject is: "Before death, you make MIND. After death MIND makes you."" I find this remark incomprehensible. What is it supposed to mean? "Da Avabhasa is an earlier name of Adi Da" Yes. He is quite concerned with his many names, isn't he?
