There is no such thing as justice- there is only each person's idea of justice. There is only law. Law is not justice and never will be. Law is an attempt to redress grievances and control social behavior, which, imo, has nothing to do with justice, but everything to do with our perception of justice, and our perception of what behaviors we desire- these concepts are as amorphous and imaginary as Santa. That's why people disagree on justice- like religion, and politics, there is no "right" answer.
