why don't you get a clue. go back a few thousand posts. This has been dealt with over and over. NO ONE wanted Kyoto. Not congress, not clinto, it was a POS treaty.

and you know as well as anyone that clinto signed off a bunch of environmental laws on his way out.

Don't bother linking a bunch of stories that the environmental stuff had been in the works for years.....and he just so happened to sign them on HIS way out??? Why did he not sign them two to three years before??? Think he knew what they might do to the economy???

You are wrong, and your article is dated. According to the Bureau of Economic Analysis (January 30, 2003): Q1 of 2001 had a negative GDP growth of -0.6%.
