Hi Patricia, That's exactly the way I feel. Bush and his followers try but FAIL miserably to tie their activities to the beliefs of Jesus Christ. Like yesterday when he spoke to that Christian? group.. I just seen Fiescher, try at first,to blow off, a reporter's question (but fortunately the reporter persisted) about Bush saying during his campaign, that JC was his favorite political philosopher(as if he knew what the word meant, <g>).. And how Bush now can reconcile his actions toward Iraq with that statement. AF back pedaled with a weak answer and quickly said, next question to someone else.. I sense (fortunately) a more aggressive press corp, besides Helen Thomas as more and more things do not add up. Like Powell's statement this morning, that he had another OBL tape, but MSNBC called Al Quezera (sp) news service and said they did not have one.. I think Bush etal are digging themselves a deeper hole.. "What a tangled web we weave, when we first try to deceive" Or something like that.. LOL.. m

Excellent post Pat and echoes my thinking to a TEE.... Nice work in researching. Go one and stand up for the name of this THREAD, Don't START THE WAR. We have a lot of HAWKS who post here daily. I think they should start THEIR OWN THREAD and CALL IT ...GO SHRUB GO...GET EM. And I suggest Mr. Bush be the first in line with his helmet and gun... and take his brother Jeb with him. The prayers that are said everyday in the white house before all meetings..I wonder if they ask for guidance to do the right thing and work for peace of whether they assume GOD IS ON OUR SIDE. Again, thanks for spelling it out. Suma
