You are just trying to cover up the fact that all those secret shares came from the alien ships we shot down in Area 51 decades ago when REFR was first founded.

Perhaps they are buying the shares insiders secretly dumped? Could that be a possibility?
I mean (and don't get me wrong here) I don't want to say they are doing something illegal.
But if REFR is such a thin stock (as Nancy) said, perhaps it is a good time to broaden the shareholder base a bit. That would make it easier to find shares for Nancy and her thousand friends who have been scooping up shares for a least a decade.
