Perhaps they are buying the shares insiders secretly dumped? Could that be a possibility? I mean (and don't get me wrong here) I don't want to say they are doing something illegal. But if REFR is such a thin stock (as Nancy) said, perhaps it is a good time to broaden the shareholder base a bit. That would make it easier to find shares for Nancy and her thousand friends who have been scooping up shares for a least a decade. What do you think?
