Yesterday I was talking to someone in my computer class who is on call for the military. He told me that Saddam had declared war on the US. Which was news to me. He said he hopes we go to war so he can get combat pay and after 180 of combat he will be able to get a 2.3 percent FHA loan.

I was surprised by my friend's beliefs, but you are correct in that constant warnings (orange alert this weekend) and constant propaganda have succeeded in convincing many that Iraq must be vanquished.

Ten million radio fans of Mr. Limbaugh ( purported to be that number ) are fed his reasons why we Have to go to WAR DAILY... And they are believers... This is why some of the polls are recording affirmative when asked should we take out Saddam. If there was a commentator who could point out the facts as is done on this thread with documentation to back it up maybe the polling would change.
