Powell said he read a transcript of "what bin Laden -- or who we believe to be bin Laden" will be saying on the Al-Jazeera Arab satellite station later today, "where once again he speaks to the people of Iraq and talks about their struggle and how he is in partnership with Iraq." 12:44PM White House confirms new statement from Bin Laden -- Dow Jones Ooooops!!!! 12:11PM Al-Jazeera says it has no new bin Laden tape - Dow Jones ;-)
