You make a rather bold assumption that this is the bottom. I think Intel has a long way to go down before it's a bottom. PE is still very high compared to its historical data. P/S is too high. A fair value for the stock in my opinion is $7.

Take a hint from those execs that are selling. It's going to get cheaper, much cheaper.
