We cannot. These people are cattle to be herded (as bad, for that matter, as the DNC's mass of multiple-time voters here). We are not going to destroy Saddam because he uses fear, but because he finances terrorism and aspires to destroy Israel and us and anyone else he can reach. His countrymen don't deserve ANY consideration if we have to go to war against them. Pen the bastards up and start over, with NEW people, is necessary.
