But you have already asserted that the taking of life is immoral. You justify abortion by suggesting that the baby has no self-awareness, and so does not meet the test of "life". However, there is no objective criteria by which "self-aware" can be measuerd, and thus it is, by definition, arbitrary. Such arbitrary definitions can, as we saw in Nazi Germany, China, USSR, etc., be applied to anybody. Thus in the name of choice, you have, in a sense, given moral license to genocide (as long as it is against those who are not "self-aware"). Tis a mighty slippery slope my friend, and it starts with selfish self-interest driven "choice", and ends with modern liberal scholars, such as Singer, who, in fact, have actually advocated genpocide against "undesirables. Thus, you see that the evil of Nazi Germany is now at the core of modern liberal American thought. Sieg Heil, my friend.
