I've got some losers I'd like to erase as well!! My UAL/AMR bond spread for even is now a 3:1 for even [making some money on the Delta part at least! LOL... I think that's the last thing those boyz need. I'd also like to sue ALL these biotechs... although I'm pondering 'doubling up', so that might'nt look good:

There is going to be damn good money made in biotech! The bad news is there will also be damn good money lost, even from here :)

Hi Jay,

I recently wrapped up a securities case involving my father's retirement account. This has been an ongoing saga for 2 1/2 years, and for various reasons we settled right before the arbitration hearing. I'm quite pleased that the brokerage firm settled for such a substantial amount, although we still have a hefty loss because of the lawyer's fee. I bet these brokerage firms will be coughing up money for years. <g>
