I recommend everyone sign up for Citizen Corps Councils, to keep an eye on what is going on in your neighborhood, among the political and paramilitary (as well as any terrorists that might happen along, of course)

I was watching a Mexican version of 20/20 and the folks down there are preparing for terrorist invasion - garbage bags duct taped to the walls, food stores, flashlights. Gosh, too bad we don't have time to build fallout shelters like CHENEY is having done at his Washington DC home.
