However, back when the 747 crashed around Long Island, there was a change, if I remember correctly. The FBI now leads investigations where it appears a criminal act has been committed. The NTSB assists them. What they actually do is try to work together--at least make it appear that way. Do me a favor. Put together a possible theory on what could have happened at the Pentagon. I know you will get a number of flame responses but you must be accustomed to that on these threads.
