FaultLine, I expect you are going to have to do a lot of warning and banning in the next few months, to maintain civility here. There has been a recent upsurge in the use of "loaded" words, by a lot of us. I admit to contributing to this. I hope, if you think I am getting out of line (this has been known to happen), you'll PM me before banning.

is banning permanent?

If you read the post I was responding to, then you know that I was responding to the example Michael Cummings provided us (and CobaltBlues more intricate enhancement):

A policemen is shot by a fanatical gang of thugs. The police chief then decides it's too dangerous to go after the killers. After all, it may anger the gang further, and incite them to go after more cops in the future.

Thus, by default, those folks advancing similar opinions related to Foreign Affairs, are "craven and cowardly"...

Do you have a problem with that??
