Yes, I have noticed that lots of calls have been opened recently. The most amazing change has been on the Feb 24's where there was an enormous gap between puts and calls which has shrunk dramatically.

March is unbelievably put heavy and I expect a rally then if we can generate some panic in the next couple weeks.

Current pain is 25 and is quite solid. I do not envision a drop to 24.

simply not possible that it could be because people have no money and homes are too expensive.
