To the board.

Canadian investors might want to look at Trizec Cda. Inc. which Yahoo shows has a 4.96% yield.

From their web site:

investors.trizeccanada.com
Company Overview
Trizec Canada is a Canadian corporation primarily engaged in the U.S. real estate business through its indirect interest in Trizec Properties, a publicly traded U.S. Real Estate Investment Trust that is Trizec Canada's principal asset. Trizec Canada provides Canadian investors the opportunity to invest indirectly in Trizec Properties. Trizec Canada indirectly owns one share of Trizec Properties common stock for each outstanding Trizec Canada share and intends to pay the same quarterly dividend per share as Trizec Properties. Trizec Canada intends to qualify as a mutual fund corporation under Canadian tax rules. A share of Trizec Canada is expected to be economically equivalent to a share of Trizec Properties common stock.

Yet the quotes today show TZC.TO selling at about a 27% discount to TRZ.

There are ownership restrictions which is why I thought this might be of more interest to Canadian residents than anyone else: trizeccanada.com

Can anyone give a justification for the difference in price once the exchange rate is taken out?

Just looking for some Real Estate targets once/if the dollar drops and the markets tank.

Regards

T.
