that would make tremendous sense, and what a powerful entity it would be.
it's also what USA/UK fear in their worst nightmares.
personally i would also love to see the Romanovs, the Hohenzollerns, the Bourbons, the Hapsburgs, and the Savoias restored, but that is asking too much.
