I would place him in the category of Winston Churchill, a STATESMAN, not a politician

Winston Churchill said "To jaw-jaw is always better than to war-war."

Unfortunately, Dubya is supremely unqualified in the jaw-jaw arena. Whether it is grammar ("Is our children learning?") or pronunciation ("nuclear" is always unclear), Dubya seems to have miraculously shrugged off any opportunities to learn from both Yale and Harvard.

That's why Dubya can only resort to war-war.

To call Dubya a statesman is to insult everyone's intelligence. And to reveal your immunity to this insult.
