I feel for you. We have had ice dams a foot thick causing roof issues. I also have 4 decks on the second floor that have all leaked into the ceilings on the first floor. The builder apparently failed flashing 101. At first it was painful. you get used to it. now I just move the buckets around when the water starts. I can't do anything about it until I get a thaw...

We also have at least 2 feet of standing snow out here right now and the temp is supposed to be 5 or less for the next several nights.

I would LOVE a little stinking downpour. :)
