Yes, I'd love to see Germany's reaction if we announce we're pulling out our 100,000 military and putting them in Turkey.

That would seem to me to make sense. I suspect the administration has already considered the feasibility of something along these lines; to do anything like that now would be politically impossible -- but at some future time it would not be shocking. We don't need to have these all these personnel in Germany.
