Thanks. I am not familiar with Helix, but it sounds interesting after a very preliminary review. Negative earnings, but that is not necessarily a deal killer in this capex environment, especially with the strong cash position and no debt. Interesting, they pay a small dividend. Could you give me your opinion on who are Helix's customers, and who are their competitors? How critical are vacuum systems to the semi conductor process? What position does Helix have in their niche? What are the barriers to entry? I will do DD on my own, but your opinion on the above (and whatever else you would like to say) is welcome. Steve
