That's not a convertible. REFR has all the options as to whether or not to put shares and Ailorous is prohibited from shorting or dealing with third parties who are shorting. They are long term investors in REFR and ask to have their limit raised from 4.9% to 9.9%.

You are showing again how inaccurate and misinformed the short position is in this stock. Although I guess it gives "wexler" something to do all day, trading back and forth.
