going out of business, no. EQUITY being revalued to zero, yes.

go through the cash flow statements. figure out what is needed for maintenance capex (Tip can likely help with this). figure that generation prices are likely to fall due to over-supply. figure that input costs (nat gas, coal) might actually increase. figure that they can't sell assets (and if they do they only make the problem worse, as now some guy has really cheap capital equipment). then see if there's any money left to pay the divvies.
