I did not suggest You believe that, but people are sufficiently confused by what the WH has been saying that a surprising number of people believe that is what is being alleged - and the WH has not interest in correcting that impression. The WH is in "propoganda" mode and will do what it has to to sell the war -- including encouraging the spread of false impressions.
