it is the cheesy restaurants of pseudo Mexican food in the states that give that "fame" (and horrible food) to Mexican food

I'would say that both the great Parrilladas Argentinas (lots of meat and chimuchurri sause)

I think the Chinese would love these and others... (particularly as an alternative to their excellent food.)

for a commercial venture... if the volume would warrant it... getting the ingredients would be an easier proposition than one shot deal....
