Lying to grand juries, knowingly submitting false evidence in court proceedings designed to deprive another citizen of her day in Court, influencing witnesses despite a direct judicial admonition not to do so, misusing the powers of your office and asserting made up executive privileges to cover your sorry lying ass are OK....actually trying to do your Constitutional duty to protect us all is a no-no....

no basis for calling Bush a criminal.

If Bush is waging war for personal financial gain it is criminal. By all appearances he is casting aside our allies and waging war for oil, oil that will directly benefit his father and inheritence. After impeachment W should be sent to the international court for trial and perhaps to share a cell with Milosevich.
