Don't know what Webvan is. The last time I ordered an ink cartridge for my HP 895 Cse from the HPstore online it was 4 dollars more than the DELL site and took 6 business days to ship AND I paid for shipping. Dell did it in a day with free shipping. Now that's hysterical....

Ordered ONE replacement cartridge? The wasted cost of that delivery is tremendous, on both sides of the transaction. Christ, the guy would've probably saved money by running out to Costco.
