Sounds darn subjective to me, whose moral values should be refined?, who decides which values are especially conducive to civilized society? The majority? an enlightened elite? This is not a core principle, it is a modus operandi that assumes prior agreement on which values are better.

I was expecting something along the lines of limited government and free markets but I guess that sounds too much like a libertarian position for you to espouse, eh? ggg

And you avoided addressing the point that your characterization of libertarianism was totally innaccurate at best.
