Duke, No apologies necessary. Did a search of webvan and "got it".....a little late but then understood!! Thing is, the cartridge was UPS regular ground shipping. The order had to be processed minutes after I placed it. Margins have to be slim. After being reluctant to order ink online for fear of waiting too long and having to go to COMPUSA anyway, I'm a convert. It'll be interesting to see DELL's business model for their Dell/Lexmark printers and ink. Cheers, kaka
