WRONG.
Reagan's deficit went DOWN in his last two years.
He spent on the military - which we needed. Best investment this country ever made.

Clinton grew the budget faster without a war and with a good economy. Pathetic little fraud he was.

Like I've said: it's a lot easier for a politician to hand out special tax favors to his supporters... then it is to cut wasteful spending and special interest pork that may benefit his base.
