Those figures are pretax, and have NO relevance given the excess tax that the top bracket pays. Your argument is lacking merit.

Stevie D., I think you need to look at the lower graph of figure 5 to truly understand the problem (using your own link):

Clearly, the "rich" are paying more of the load now than in '79. What IS your point?????
