If we really want to tax the rich, let's tax these guys first. I'd much rather see American dollars in the hands of a Craig Barrett, or John Chambers, or even a Hector Ruiz, before I see them in the hands of the Iraqi propaganda machine (Penn, Baldwin, Sarandon, etc.)
