Arab hospitality, from what I've learned in the last two years, IMO. It's one thing to want to kill your enemy, but when he's your guest, you still treat him with the utmost courtesy. There's a tradition in Arabia called the bond of salt. If you partake of an Arab's food, he is obligated to do you no harm. They have a different way of behaving. A Westerner would just cap your ass. ;)
