Whew! I don't know about you folks, but I did alot of buying back in Sept and Oct of last year. Then I was able to accumulate a bunch more cash by the start of February. I held out for as long as possible, but I started to buy into my portfolio allocation yesterday in small increments. I'll keep buying as we head lower. Fear is rampant. Time to be contrarian. Keep your head when the herd is panicking and best of luck to you all in the trying times we're heading into!

P.S. I still haven't bought back into Cisco, but may jump in if it goes below $10, because that seems like a low risk entry point to me.
