Every system has some type of problem... I don't trade every day, but in the past 3-4 mths I have only seen it down once for about 2min. I use the desktop version not the browser. I used to use the browser and had more problems. I suspect that was due to iexplorer more than IB.

There is phone support, just takes awhile.

I use stop orders for the mini not stop limits, so if the system goes down my order is sitting at Globex not at IB. Therefore I am not bothered so much by the potential of an outage.
