A lot of that is factored in at YHOO's current prices.
Let us not kid ourselves, the US consumer is the locomotive
thats pulling the rest of the world. When the US consumer
retrenches the effects are felt world wide. I don't see how
YHOO, AMZN and EBAY can escape a slowdown in consumer
spending. AMZN with its huge debt load is particularly
vulnerable in a deflationary scenario. In any case the market's inability to bounce is concerning. 808 - 812 levels
in the S&P are the 78.6 % retracement levels of the October
rally and is the last line of defence for the bulls before
the October lows. I might even take a long speculative position in the S&P close to 800 - 815 levels for a tradable
bounce.
