Get their respect early!> That strategy might backfire...they are all in their 30's and early 40's....unless I could get them out on a rink <g>. That Washington coach....sometimes people react strangely to employment situation, e.g. scared to tell their current employer they are looking for fear of getting dumped. I can't believe a high profile position like the coach of Washington would fall into that category. Maybe he didn't go over well and didn't want people to know.
