I watched it again last night and laughed my head off.

LOL!....IMO one of the funniest movies about the S.F. Bay Area...Marin County, hot tubs, gurus, granola, cults...that I've ever seen. I think you really have to understand the "weirdness" of Marin County and "the lifestyle" to understand the humor.

(Sorry if I've offended any Marin County, Tiburon, Sausalito residents!)

There are so many "great lines" in that movie. The scene on the ferry where Bill Macy talks about the upcoming wedding, and the scene when Sally Kellerman picks up her maid before her woman's consciousness raising session ...were two of my favorite parts of the movie. Wasn't that where she stated that "the uniform" was "making her pay some serious psychological dues"?
